What data we collect

- Technical data that web servers process automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the website.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and to prepare or perform a contract with you. For contact form enquiries, we rely on the consent you give when you submit the form.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who receives it
Your data is accessible only to authorised ALIF - FZCO staff. Our website and email are hosted by AEserver, an accredited UAE provider. When you view this website, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address. Where data is processed outside the UAE, we rely on providers that apply appropriate data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then for the period required by UAE law for business records. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop its processing, or transfer it to you or another party. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email info@alif-fzco.ae. We will respond within the time limits set by UAE law.
Children
This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
